• Freight Specifications: Origin city/postal code, European destination address, cargo gross weight, volume (CBM/pallet count), and Incoterms terms (EXW, FCA, FOB, DAP, DDP).
• Technical Log Data: IP address, browser user-agent, and session identifiers collected solely for cybersecurity, bot mitigation, and load balancing.

• Coordination of multimodal transport bookings, equipment allocation, and driver dispatch.
• Facilitating mandatory Turkish export declarations and EU customs clearance procedures (A.TR, EUR.1, NCTS T1).
