Standard trading conditions governed by international transport conventions and Turkish freight forwarding law.
All road freight transportation services are performed strictly subject to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR Convention).
Ocean freight and air cargo services are governed respectively by the Hague-Visby Rules and the Montreal Convention, alongside carrier terms on issued Bills of Lading and Air Waybills.
Quotation rates provided through this platform remain valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issuance, subject to equipment availability and fuel surcharge adjustments.
