Groupage (also known as part-load, consolidated freight, or LTL) is the primary transport method empowering Turkish small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to export affordably to European markets. Instead of chartering an entire 13.6-meter trailer (FTL) for a consignment of 1 to 10 pallets, the shipper delivers cargo to a regional consolidation terminal (cross-dock) in Istanbul (Hadımköy/Tuzla) or Bursa. The freight forwarder groups compatible consignments bound for the same European region into a single consolidated Mega trailer. Freight rates are billed proportionally on a Loading Meter (LDM) or volumetric weight (1 CBM = 333 kg) basis.

Consignments undergo electronic barcode scanning, dimensional weight verification, and customs aggregation under collective NCTS T1 transit declarations.
